Dekh Tamasha Dekh is a political and social satire based on a true story, it revolves around the search for the religious identity of a poor man crushed under the weight of a politician`s hoarding.

A romance masquerading as a debate on art. A painter, a writer and a singer meet three women, each of whom loves one of the art forms they practise. Unfortunately, they are mismatched. He was in the middle during the freedom fight and had been beaten up by the Britishers and now this generation is getting beating by the system. Beechwale family still seeks answers of all their problems from “Bapuji” because they still believe “ Bapu” dekh raha hai.

Meeting while on vacation, Ved and Tara sense a connection but vow to keep their real identities a secret. Years later, their paths cross again.
